PAPAS FRITAS CON ESPECIAS



Ingredientes:
1 lb de papas medianas
2 cditas de pimentón español (páprika)
1 cdita de pimienta blanca molida
1 cdita de sal
1 cda de polvo barbacoa

Preparación:
Corte en bastones gruesos las papas y manténgalas en agua (para evitar que se oxiden).
Mezcle el pimentón, la pimienta blanca, la sal y el polvo de barbacoa en un bol y reserve.
Aparte caliente suficiente aceite a temperatura alta en una sartén profunda y escúrrale un poco el agua a un puñado de papas. Fríalas unos minutos, escurrlas en papel absorvente y repita la operación hasta freir todas. A continuación fría nuevamente todos los puñados de papas que ya habíamos frito, siempre en aceite hirviendo, escurra nuevamente en papel absorvente y entonces condiméntelas con la mezcla de especias y sálelas otra vez si lo desea
Da para 4-5 porciones
Nota: Se fríen 2 veces para que queden tiernas por dentro y crocantes por fuera.

Creo que si algo les faltaba a las papas era agregarle alguna especia, que le pueda dar un muy rico sabor. Cuando pido distintos platos, al delivery centro, que llevan guarnicion, suelo elegir las papas ya que me parecen que combinan muy bien, sobre todo con las carnes
