Ingredientes:2 pechugas de pollo cortadas en cubos o trozos

Salsa de soja
Aceite de soja
Fécula de maiz (maicena)
Sal y Pimienta
Preparación:
Cortar las verduras en juliana fina y el brócoli en arbolitos pequeños.
Poner la pasta en agua con sal, colar y reservar.
Aparte en un wok ó una sartén profunda, calentar un chorrito de aceite de soja, rehogar los trozos de pollo e ir sofriéndo uno a uno, el ajo, la cebolla, la zanahoria, el chile verde, el chile rojo y el güisquil. Agregar abundante salsa de soja, el cubito disuelto en 1/2 taza de agua, salpimentar y dejar cocinar unos minutos. Cuando las verduras se ablanden un poco, incorporar el brócoli y el retoño ó brotes de soja, tapar un momento hasta que las verduras estén cocidas pero crocantes, en el momento que hierva echar la fécula de maiz (maicena) diluida en un poquito de agua, revolver bien y dejar que espese la salsa. Retirar del fuego y servir caliente sobre los fideos.
Da para 4 personas.
Nota: Puede utilizar también fideos capellini (cabello de angel) en lugar de los de arroz.
Si lo desea agregue más salsa de soja al momento de servir.
